Volunteer Spotlight     Our Volunteers     Online Volunteer Application

Volunteers at adaptive cycling clinicAdaptive Adventures completely relies on the support and involvement of our 350+ volunteers from all over the nation. We have two types of volunteers: online volunteers who conduct research, write grant proposals, develop programs, assist in fundraising, develop and carry out marketing and PR campaigns and onsite volunteers who work with our program and events team with everything from training to event coordination.

As a volunteer, you will have the opportunity to interact with people of all abilities and take advantage of the many activities we offer. You will also have the chance to be involved in our many special events and fundraisers throughout the year. Whether it is assisting a participant in an outdoor activity, helping in the office or spearheading a special event, we encourage you to become involved in the areas that most interest you.

Adaptive Adventures programs are fun for both the participants and the volunteers. It is hard not to have fun while skiing, paddling, cycling, or volunteering in any of the other programs. Many volunteers have been heard saying, "I get just as much out of the program as the participant does." Most volunteers are not sure what to expect when they first get involved, but end up enjoying it so much they come back year after year.

If you would like to volunteer with any of the Adaptive Adventures sports & recreation programs, please contact: info@adaptiveadventures.org

THANK YOU TO OUR VOLUNTEERS
